We only sell eGift cards directly through our website. All other products and services promoted on our site are supplied by third-party providers. Purchases made directly with those providers are subject to the provider’s own terms, conditions, and refund policies. We are not responsible for processing or providing refunds for products or services supplied by third-party providers.

eGift Cards

Please choose carefully when purchasing eGift cards. We do not provide refunds if you change your mind or no longer want the card.

In addition to your rights under this policy, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

You may request a return or replacement of an eGift card purchased directly from us if:

  • the card is faulty or cannot be redeemed,

  • it was not delivered to the nominated recipient as promised, or

  • we reasonably agree that the card does not meet acceptable quality.

How to Make a Claim

To make a claim, please email us within 14 days of purchase with your:

  • full name,

  • order number,

  • phone number, and

  • reason for requesting a return

to info@memberbenefits.com.au.

We will contact you to discuss your claim. If accepted, we will arrange for the card to be replaced or refunded in accordance with the ACL.
